So I got a sample of BB Cream by Maybelline in my 17 Magazine and I had Bamboo Abundant Volume Shampoo sample from a cosmetics class I took. Here's what I thought.

BB Cream:

I put this on in the morning and couldn't really tell the difference between this and normal concealer, besides how light it was. Then as the day wore on, the stuff didn't cake or crease and I felt and looked refreshed all day long. I have to admit I actually really liked this product. It definitely does what it advertizes; blurs imperfections, enhances, brightens, evens, smooths, and hydrates. Plus it was light and didn't feel like it was weighing my skin down like normal concealers do.

Bamboo Abundant Volume Shampoo:

I tried this before I went to bed so my review has two parts; damp hair and dry hair. I have to say the smell is defferent but I like it. Its not floral or soapy; its refreshing. It reminded me of bamboo :). Even with damp hair my locks felt fuller but there wasn't really a big difference. Then when my hair dried..... it was the same. It felt fuller but looked normal. Maybe because it says to use the conidtioner after? Whatevs didn't work on me, but I liked the scent.

Opinion: This is really great because you can use it anywhere on any face product by Maybelline. This was also in 17 Magazine and it came with a sample of their new BB Cream, which I'll post about tomorrow.

Opinion: Delia*s has cute, spunky clothes we all know. You can get great deals in the Clearance but this deal is greater! It's 80% off Clearance items; a pair of jeans were $9! (Sadly, they were sold out, wonder why.)

#1 Summer Perfume

So all summer basically, I wore this perfume, that I think really suited the season. It's by Bath & Body Works (my fave) and I got the big bottle :( Sadly I didn't finish all of it an will have to only use it sparingly in Winter/Fall because it's so Summery. I guess I have some for next year!

It's called Forever Sunshine and it smells really good. It's floral but not overly so and it reminds me of the beach. The bottle is great for summer because its got flowers and palm trees on it. It's been discontinued but I'm sure you could buy some on eBay if you  want some. Best scent for Summer 2012 goes to Forever Sunshine!

My Nails #1

Hey guys!
I'm excited to get this blog rolling so... here you go! I love painting my nails, so each week (maybe sometimes more than once) I'll post a pic and a review of the nail polish I'm wearing. Nothing fancy, but just enough to keep you entertained.

Color Name: Eternal Optimist

I chose this nail color because it's fall-ish now and the bright hues of summer have to go. I thought this color was pretty and simple and toned down for fall and school. I think the color is perfect, not too pink and not too nude. Def try it out if your looking for some muted Autumn polish!
